We'll help you accomplish your goals.

Our annual membership year is April 1 – March 31 and our 2017 membership fee is $35.

Benefits include:

  • Training plans for the group’s target races in the spring and fall
  • Supported group long runs each Saturday, with developed routes, maps and water/sports drink along the way
  • Weekday run opportunities
  • Education opportunities to learn more about running, nutrition, injury prevention, etc.
  • Access to certified coaches and experienced runners who can answer your training and racing questions
  • Most importantly, a group of fun people to run with!
